Role & responsibilities:

Own and drive a Rs 3-5 Cr/month P&L; across all 5 WTF businesses - Gyms, Academy, Amplify (B2B), DigiGym and Reboot.

- Build and run the complete sales engine - memberships, admissions, B2B partnerships, digital products and services.
- Own the number - monthly targets, forecasts, funnel, conversion, retention. Reviewed weekly, not yearly.
- Lead the floor - hire, train and push sales teams across locations with daily reviews and live coaching.
- Scale what works and cut what doesn't - rapid. Highest-ROI channels get the budget.
- Work with marketing, product and gym ops so every lead is worked to close.
- Field-first role - you spend your time at sites and in the field, not behind a desk.

Preferred candidate profile: WHAT WE WANT (apply only if ALL of these are true):
- You have owned a P&L; of Rs 3 Cr+ per month - revenue AND cost, not just a topline target.
- You have built and led sales teams of 30+ people across multiple locations.
- You sell personally - you can close, coach closing,



and raise the selling standard on the floor.
- High-volume B2C sales background - memberships, subscriptions, retail or services.
- You can run B2B / corporate sales too - our Amplify business sells to companies.
- You are data-first - funnel, conversion, CAC, retention, ARPU decide everything. No opinion-led decisions.
- You execute weekly and can show numbers from your last role.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT (do not apply if ANY of this is true):
- Maintenance managers - careers built on running what already exists. We are here to grow.
- Managers who have never owned a P&L; - single store, single line, no number.
- Pure ops / admin / training profiles with zero personal selling history.
- People who need a fully-built system handed to them - we need builders.
- Job-hoppers - 3+ switches in the last 5 years with no scaling reason.
- Anyone who cannot talk numbers from their last role.
