About the Role

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of Crusher Plants, Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, VSI Crushers, Screens and related crushing equipment.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial sales, dealer/customer handling, lead generation and field sales, preferably in the crusher, mining, construction or heavy machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking and market research.
- Identify and approach customers in mining, construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Visit mining areas, crusher plants, contractors and potential customers.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable crusher plant/equipment solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and support order finalization.
- Coordinate with the technical, service and production teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations and payments.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases and regular follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of field sales and lead generation.
- Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Crusher Plant, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, VSI Crusher, Screening Plant, Mining Equipment, Construction Equipment or Heavy Machinery sales will be preferred.

Education

Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field preferred.
