About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Manager – AI Solutions to personally drive new subscription sales for RAIYA Suno. This is an individual contributor, target-driven role for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle and closing SME customers directly. Ideal for candidates with a background in AI sales, SaaS sales, B2B sales, or inside sales looking to grow in a fast-scaling AI company.

What You Will Do

- Own the full sales cycle for RAIYA Suno: prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, objection handling, and closing
- Conduct product demos tailored to SME customers across sectors such as healthcare, real estate, hospitality, education, and retail
- Achieve monthly and quarterly subscription targets across plan tiers
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM




- Handle pricing and commercial objections confidently
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality feedback and campaign performance
- Hand off closed customers smoothly to the onboarding/customer success team
- Gather customer and market feedback to help refine sales pitch and pricing strategy

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or SaaS/subscription sales, preferably selling to SME or small business owners
- A track record of meeting or working toward sales targets
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable running product demos and handling pricing/commercial objections
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and structured pipeline management
- Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Good to Have

- Prior experience selling AI, SaaS, or technology-enabled services to SME customers
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting and lead-generation tools
