We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Relationship Manager Direct Sales to join our Sales team. The role involves driving residential real estate sales through direct customer engagement, managing the complete sales cycle, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through direct customer engagement and assigned leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
- Stay updated on project specifications, pricing, inventory, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads while maintaining high customer service standards.
Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the residential real estate industry.
- Experience in direct sales / retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and convert leads into bookings.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of the residential real estate market and sales process.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
