Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Tezpur.

The Sales

Manager will lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for life insurance products and services.

Responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales goals, guiding the team on customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers,



identifying their protection and financial planning needs, and recommending suitable solutions.

The Sales

Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to local market development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management or team leadership within financial services, insurance, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Sound understanding of life insurance products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements (IRDAI guidelines preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer segments.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills, with comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an on-site, field-focused role in Tezpur or nearby regions.
