We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real-estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, guiding the team, converting leads into site visits and bookings, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Property Advisors and Telecallers.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor site visits, negotiations and booking conversions.
- Personally handle high-value and priority customers.
- Train and motivate the sales team.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Telecalling teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly booking targets.
- Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing deals.
- Ensure proper coordination from lead generation to final booking.

Monthly Target Minimum: 5 successful bookings/month for the team, subject to project inventory and lead availability.

Incentive Structure





- ₹5,000 per booking after the 3rd booking
- Additional ₹10,000 performance bonus on achieving the defined monthly target.
- Further incentives may be linked to overall team performance.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of relevant real-estate sales experience.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real-estate market preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid leadership and target-management abilities.
- Should be capable of independently handling the sales team and achieving targets.
- Experienced candidates preferred; freshers are not suitable for this position.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
