Role Description The Sales Manager role at Manappuram Home Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Palghat.

The Sales

Manager is responsible for generating new business for home finance products, managing a portfolio of clients, and meeting sales and revenue targets. Daily activities include identifying prospective customers, conducting meetings and presentations, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and guiding customers through the loan application process.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for documentation and approvals, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales reports.

The Sales

Manager will mentor and support sales staff, promote best practices, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications
