- Drive strategic business development with leading real estate developers to expand market presence.
- Identify and engage potential clients through structured research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Lead commercial discussions, including negotiation and closure of contracts and agreements.
- Own revenue delivery by converting opportunities into measurable business outcomes.




- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Promote and position proprietary platforms (Connectre & Winnre) to drive adoption and industry partnerships.
- Build and maintain a structured database of real estate projects (existing, ongoing, and upcoming).
- Develop customized client proposals aligned with business objectives and product capabilities.
- Track sales performance through detailed MIS, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Oversee client servicing, including payment follow-ups and resolution of escalations.
