Job Summary

Limar Trading Agency LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our FMCG sales and distribution operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, retail market development, team handling, route planning, sales target achievement and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Plan and monitor sales routes, market coverage and customer visits.
- Develop new retail customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor sales performance, product movement and market coverage.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the office, sales team, drivers and field staff for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper product presentation, availability and market visibility.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales targets, collections and team performance.
- Support management in developing new markets and expanding the distribution network.
- Maintain professional relationships with retailers, distributors and other business partners.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Distribution.
- Previous experience in Sales Supervisor,



Team Leader or Sales Manager role will be preferred.
- Experience in handling sales teams and retail customers.
- Good knowledge of FMCG retail and distribution operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to plan routes and manage field sales activities effectively.
- Knowledge of sales reporting, collections and basic business operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Sales Apps.
- Malayalam communication is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Education

Plus Two / Diploma / Degree A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible, target-oriented, proactive and capable of independently managing sales operations and a field sales team.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Experience: 3+ years in FMCG Sales preferred.

Work Location: Calicut & Malappuram, Kerala.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
