The BSM will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with exclusive DSAs, ensuring consistent business inflow, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Source home loan business through DSAs and achieve sales targets; onboard and activate new partners.
- Relationship Management: Engage with DSAs regularly, provide product training on requirement, and ensure solid conversions.
- Sales Execution: Ensure quality sourcing, compliance with credit policies, and resolve operational issues and monitor portfolio health regularly.
- Market Insights: Monitor competition and share feedback for product improvement.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal audit requirements.
