A leading home appliance company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and billing.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of retail sales experience.
- Home appliances/electronics industry preferred.
- Strong team handling, negotiation, and customer conversion skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
