Achieve Business Loan sales and cross-sell targets.

Recruit, manage, and lead a team of DSTs/RMs or work independently to drive business growth.

Identify and acquire potential SME and Business Loan customers through referral partners and branch networks.

Analyze customer financials and assess suitability as per bank policies.

Maintain a quality lending portfolio and ensure superior customer service.

Monitor portfolio performance and support collections for delinquent accounts.
