nPOSITION SUMMARY

nThe Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loans will be responsible for Individual role to drive

nthe acquisition of unsecured business loans. The role involves strategizing, sourcing, and

nmanaging a high-performing team to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with company

npolicies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the

nSME/MSME lending landscape, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to develop business

nthrough both direct and channel sales.

nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES

no Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan disbursement targets.

no Lead and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers.

no Identify and develop new sourcing channels (DSAs, connectors, digital leads, etc.)

no Drive business growth through client acquisition in the MSME segment.





no Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training sessions.

no Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan processing and

ndisbursements.

no Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.

no Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

no Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

no Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

nEDUCATINAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

no Any Graduate, MBA is an additional advantage

no 3+ years of experience in sales of unsecured business loans or SME lending.

no Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

no Strong leadership and team management skills.

no Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

no Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven setting.

no Knowledge of local markets and industry trends.
