Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, responsible for driving sales and business growth across residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to deal negotiation, closure, and post-sales follow-up.

The Sales

Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions aligned with Balar Builders’ offerings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting property proposals, coordinating site visits, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure accurate, timely information for clients. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience managing end-to-end sales processes in real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Customer relationship management skills, including lead handling, client communication,



and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Business development and market analysis capabilities, with the ability to identify recent opportunities and understand local real estate trends.
- Organizational and planning skills, including pipeline management, reporting, and coordination of site visits and client meetings.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software) to track and report sales activities.
- Prior experience in sales management or senior sales roles, preferably in real estate or construction; experience in the South Gujarat market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Vapi, with flexibility for client meetings and site visits as required.
