Are you a commercially driven sales leader who knows how to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth?

We are looking for a Sales Manager for UP West, based in Noida, to lead our sales agenda across the region. In this role, you will drive sales, profitability, market share, and execution excellence while building a high-performing team and strengthening relationships with key trade and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

- Own regional sales, market share, distribution, and innovation targets.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts and market plans.
- Build and execute promotional plans and trade schemes within approved budgets.
- Drive strong market coverage and outlet execution across the region.
- Lead the effective allocation and utilization of sales assets and operating budgets.
- Manage key trade relationships and execute joint customer business plans.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, growth, and deeper penetration.
- Use sales technology and market insights to strengthen decision-making and execution.
- Partner closely with Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance, Legal, and People teams.
- Coach and develop the sales team to deliver stronger and more sustainable business results.





What We're Looking For

- 4-7 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Post Graduation (MBA) in Sales and Marketing from Top B Schools.
- Proven ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, team management and negotiation skills.
- Industry experience preferred: Alcobev, FMCG, Beverage, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
