Role Description The Sales Intern role at Styx Corp is a full-time, in office position based in Kanpur. In this role, the intern will support the sales team by identifying prospective clients, assisting with outreach, and following up on leads for both education and food & beverage software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales presentations, participating in product demonstrations, and updating CRM or sales tracking systems with accurate information.

The intern will help respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the sales process, with opportunities to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing clients.
- Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, address concerns, and support positive client relationships.
- Foundational Sales skills and interest in learning lead generation, prospecting, and deal support.
- Training and Sales Management exposure or willingness to learn how products are presented and sales activities are organized.
- Basic understanding of software or technology solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and presentations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
