About the Role

Aphranil Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated freshers to join as Trainee Business Executive Interns – Field Sales.

This is a practical, field-based internship focused on pharmaceutical sales, business development, doctor communication and territory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Present approved company products professionally.
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Support pharmacy/retailer market development.
- Follow up on business opportunities.
- Maintain daily field activity reports.
- Work toward assigned activity and performance targets.
- Collect and communicate market feedback.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates from Ayodhya / Faizabad preferred.

- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Willingness to learn and work toward targets.
- Ability to commit to the full 2-month internship.

PPO Opportunity

High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance, attendance, discipline, learning ability and business results.

Compensation and incentives will be communicated to selected candidates as per company terms.

Internship Certificate

Interns who successfully complete the internship will receive an Internship Completion Certificate from Aphranil Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
