Role Description The Sales Floor Associate – FMCG is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The associate is responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, answering product-related queries, and guiding shoppers to suitable FMCG and grocery items. Daily tasks include stocking shelves, organizing displays, checking product freshness, and ensuring pricing and promotional materials are accurate.

The role involves handling basic inventory checks, coordinating with the store team for replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in assigned sections.



The associate will also support billing and checkout when needed, help manage peak-hour customer flow, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Customer service and communication skills to assist shoppers, resolve queries, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
- Basic retail operations skills, including shelf stocking, merchandise display, and inventory handling.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for checking product quality, labeling, and store cleanliness.
- Numerical aptitude and comfort with POS systems or basic billing activities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move stock safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in FMCG retail or grocery stores is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
