We are looking for a motivated Sales Expert to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to explain software/SaaS products clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Demonstrate and explain our software/SaaS products to prospects.
- Conduct product demos and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified leads into customers.




- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical/product team when customers have specific requirements.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential customer segments.
- Develop current business opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
