We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to promote and sell Asphalt Drum Mix Plants and Cement Concrete Batching Plants to road contractors, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, government contractors, RMC companies and other construction industry customers. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, understanding project requirements, preparing technical-commercial proposals and managing the sales process from enquiry to order execution.

Key Responsibilities  Generate new business opportunities for Asphalt Drum Mix Plants and Concrete Batching Plants.  Develop relationships with road contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure developers, RMC companies and government contractors.  Visit customer project sites and understand plant capacity and technical requirements.  Prepare and present technical-commercial quotations and proposals.  Explain plant features, capacity, configuration, fuel consumption and operating advantages to customers.  Coordinate with the engineering team for customized plant requirements.  Follow up on enquiries, quotations and tenders and convert leads into orders.  Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.  Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.  Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.  Coordinate with production, engineering, dispatch, installation and service teams.  Maintain long-term relationships with existing and current customers.  Support customers during installation, commissioning and after-sales service.

Asphalt Drum Mix Plants  Asphalt Drum Mix Plants  Continuous Drum Mix Plants  Mobile and stationary plants  Aggregate cold feed systems  Drying and mixing drums  Burners and heating systems  Bitumen storage and pumping systems  Bag filters and dust collection systems  Control panels and PLC automation Cement Concrete Batching Plants  Stationary and mobile batching plants  Aggregate bins and feeding systems  Aggregate conveyors  Cement silos  Screw conveyors  Cement, water and admixture dosing systems  Twin-shaft/planetary mixers  Automatic batching and PLC control systems Qualifications  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business/Marketing preferred.  Experience in asphalt plant, concrete batching plant, road construction equipment or infrastructure equipment sales preferred.  Strong understanding of construction and road-building equipment.  Good technical and commercial understanding.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Ability to prepare quotations and technical-commercial proposals.  Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.  Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project/site visits.  Valid driving licence preferred.
