Estate Vault Realty is hiring a Sales Executive with mandatory sales experience in the East Pune real estate market. You will work with homebuyers and investors across Kharadi, Wagholi, Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Koregaon Park, and Hadapsar, guiding them from enquiry through site visits, negotiation, and closure.

Key responsibilities

- Understand each clients budget, requirements, and purchase timeline.

- Recommend suitable premium residential and commercial properties.

- Present projects with a solid grasp of location, inventory, pricing, and payment plans.

- Schedule and conduct site visits.

- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, bookings, and transaction coordination.

- Maintain accurate lead and activity updates in the CRM.

- Build relationships with developers and project sales teams.





Mandatory requirements

- 1–5 years of real estate sales experience in East Pune.

- Working knowledge of projects and property markets in Kharadi, Wagholi, Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Koregaon Park, or Hadapsar.

- Proven ability to handle client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel across East Pune for client meetings and site visits.

Candidates without East Pune real estate sales experience will not be considered.
