We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry to join our team in Siliguri. The candidate will be responsible for generating prospects, interacting with prospective customers, conducting property site visits, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate prospects through calling, references, online enquiries, and local networking.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information throughout the sales process.
- Convert qualified prospects into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of prospects, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the CRM, marketing, documentation, and management teams as required.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competing projects, and property prices in Siliguri.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry to booking and documentation.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related field.
- Experience in handling site visits and property customers will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Siliguri real estate market will be an advantage.
- Comfortable travelling locally for customer meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali, Nepali will be preferred.
- A valid driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
