- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Conduct property/site visits.
- Explain projects, pricing and payment plans.
- Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,700.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
