Ambur Babu Cars has been buying and selling pre-owned cars in the Vellore-Ambur belt since 1987. We are looking for one Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, enquiries and deliveries at our Katpadi yard.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Receive walk-in customers, understand their budget and requirement, and show them the right cars from our stock.
Explain each car honestly: condition, number of owners, insurance and FC validity, service history.
Take customers on test drives.
Follow up every enquiry by phone and WhatsApp until it closes, and update the follow-up in our software the same day.
Negotiate within the price limits set by management.
Coordinate car loans with our finance partners: documents, EMI options, approval follow-up.
Help the customer through RC transfer, insurance transfer and delivery.
Photograph new stock and upload it to our app and online listings.
Stay in touch with past customers for referrals and exchange enquiries.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum twelfth standard, or any degree.
One to three years in sales: cars, two-wheelers, vehicle finance,
insurance or retail. Freshers with strong communication will be considered.
A valid four-wheeler driving licence is essential.
Fluent Tamil and working English. Telugu, Urdu or Hindi is an advantage in this area.
Comfortable with a smartphone, WhatsApp and a straightforward app. All our stock and enquiries are on our own cloud software.
Presentable, patient and straight with customers. We sell on trust and repeat business.
WHAT WE OFFER
Fixed salary plus attractive sales incentive on every car sold.
Six-day week, Sunday off by rotation.
Cell phone reimbursement.
A direct working relationship with the owner. Decisions are quick, and good work is seen.
