As a Sales Intern/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, following up with leads, arranging site visits and assisting customers throughout the property-buying process.

You will work closely with our digital marketing and sales teams and receive practical exposure to real estate sales, lead management, customer relationship management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' budget, location preferences and property requirements.
- Explain relevant residential and commercial real estate projects to potential customers.
- Share project details, pricing, offers, payment plans and other relevant information with customers.




- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain proper lead records.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Accompany or coordinate with customers during site visits when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with builder/developer sales teams as required.
- Work toward assigned sales and site-visit targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update lead status.
- Stay updated about the projects, locations, pricing and offers being marketed by the company.
- Convert qualified leads into successful bookings through effective follow-up and communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.

Pay: ₹10,060.47 - ₹15,000.00 per month
