Role Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities for plots, villas, and apartments across Chennai, Kanchipuram, and Chengalpattu. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales process through effective follow-ups and customer interactions.

KRA: Task / Activities

- Drive sales activities for residential plots, villas, and apartments.

- Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their property requirements.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to support sales conversions.

- Handle customer interactions throughout the sales process.

- Manage sales activities across Chennai, Kanchipuram, and Chengalpattu

KPI: Performance Metrics

- Achievement of assigned sales targets.

- Conversion of prospective leads into successful sales.





- Timely and consistent follow-up with prospective customers.

- Number of successful property sales closures.

- Overall sales performance across the assigned locations.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in plot, villa, and apartment sales.

- Strong customer interaction and relationship management skills.

- Good sales follow-up and conversion skills.

Preferred skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and respond to customer requirements.

- Positive negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
