We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Hubballi-Dharwad. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting offerings, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities
- Promote properties through branding and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Support team goals and participate in performance reviews
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with leadership
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
