: About the Role :
We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executives to join our Buy2Hand team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining our second-hand/refurbished smartphones, and achieving sales targets.
: Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smartphones.
Explain mobile specifications, features, condition, pricing, and offers clearly.
Demonstrate products and help customers compare different models.
Handle customer queries and provide a positive buying experience.
Generate sales and achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
Follow up with potential customers and leads.
Coordinate with the inventory and technical teams when required.
Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Stay updated about available stock, new arrivals, prices, and promotional offers.
: Requirements :
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and their features.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Previous experience in retail/mobile sales will be an advantage.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and a willingness to work in sales.
