Karvaann Experiences is a Delhi-based travel company that designs bespoke international and domestic trips for travellers who value service over price, and plans corporate offsites, incentive trips and conferences across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and East Asia. Most of our clients come to us through referrals, and 350+ five-star Google reviews tell the story better than we can: we pick up the phone at midnight, we reroute cancelled flights on the fly, and we say yes to the unusual request.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming inquiries end to end, from first call to confirmed booking
- Understand what each client really wants and work with our operations team to build itineraries around it
- Present proposals, handle objections and close with confidence, without hard selling
- Follow up consistently and keep leads, quotes and conversations organised
- Build relationships with corporate buyers (Admin and Founder's Office teams) for offsites and events
- Stay in touch with past clients so they come back and refer others
Who you are
- [1–3] years in travel sales, hospitality, events or any premium, client-facing role
- Clear and warm communicator in English and Hindi, on calls, WhatsApp and email
- Detail-oriented: you notice the dietary requirement, the visa date and the missing passport page
- Quick to respond, and calm when plans change at the last minute
- Genuinely curious about destinations and how travel works
Good to have
- Experience selling Southeast Asia, Dubai, Europe or premium domestic destinations
- Exposure to MICE or corporate event sales
- An existing network of HNI or corporate clients
