Role & responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage KALT's distributor and dealer network.
- Generate recent leads through cold calling, market visits, references and networking.
- Regularly visit hotels, restaurants, QSRs, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers, bakeries, commercial kitchens, retailers and other potential customers.
- Build relationships with owners, chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers, consultants and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable KALT refrigeration solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order closure and follow-up.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline in the CRM, including leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, opportunities and customer feedback.
- Track competitor activities,



market trends and customer requirements and share relevant market feedback with management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, production, dispatch, service and payment follow-ups.
- Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned customers, territory and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing/Engineering background is an advantage.
- 14 years of experience in B2B, HORECA, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, food-service equipment or related industries preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and ability to ride a two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration or kitchen equipment will be an added advantage.
