- Graduate / Postgraduate with Valuable communication skills.

- 2 to 6 yrs

- Work From Office (Kerala Technopark) / Remote

Experience and skills as outlined below:

- Experience in Software / SAAS / digital product sales.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.

- Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

- Close the sales loop by lead to client conversion.

- Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.

- Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

- Closely coordinate with Sales Managers, Product, and Management Team members to drive sales and achieve targets.

- Handle client demos as and when required.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and other CRM tools.

Good to have:





- Experience in sales of retail ERP / billing / POS software.
