Customer-focused Sales Executive responsible for driving jewellery sales in a showroom environment while delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Engage customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery products.

- Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling and upselling.

- Provide product knowledge on jewellery designs, quality, and pricing.

- Handle billing, inventory on the sales floor, and maintain showroom standards.

- Build customer relationships for repeat business.

- Ensure compliance with security and company policies for high-value merchandise.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.





- 3–5 years total experience with 1–3 years in jewellery or retail showroom sales.

- Solid communication, customer service, and sales skills.

- Smart appearance and professional attitude.

- Basic computer/POS knowledge.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
