About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining our software products and services, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Experience in software sales, inside sales, telecalling, lead conversion, fintech, stock market, trading, or financial products will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products and services clearly.
- Convert qualified leads through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up status and conversion details.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on company products, services and relevant market trends.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, telecalling or business development.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.




- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience in stock market, trading, algo trading or fintech is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Coimbatore.
