Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon.

The Sales

Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting product or service presentations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Executive will also track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to help shape sales strategies and targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development, client relationship management, and direct sales in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage leads, pipelines, and sales reporting.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to work on-site in Gurgaon.
- Prior experience in the Gurgaon market or similar regional markets is an advantage.
