Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote software products and services.

- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone or email.

- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as number of calls made, conversions, and revenue generated.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to stay updated on new offerings and promotions.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on domestic calling or international sales.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference given to candidates with relevant technical background (e.g., B.Tech Computers).

- Robust communication skills in English language; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
