Our extensive service portfolio spans end-to-end network deployment, advanced managed services, fiber and wireless infrastructure rollout, RF optimization, IoT solutions, and data center integration.

We are hiring a seasoned sales leader to own the US business: the revenue number, the go-to-market, and the team that delivers both. In parallel, you will design the sales engine: hiring, process, playbooks, and partnerships. ICP definition, target verticals, service positioning, pricing, and channels Hire, ramp, and lead [SDRs, account executives, pre-sales], and define territories, quotas, and incentive plans Sales infrastructure: CRM,



pipeline discipline, forecasting, and a reporting cadence to leadership 12+ years in US-facing IT services sales, including 4+ years leading a team or business unit ~ You have built something: a new geography, a current service line, or a new logo engine, not just inherited a mature book ~ Deep familiarity with the offshore-onshore delivery model and US contracting norms (MSAs, SOWs, compliance, insurance)

~ Executive presence with US CXOs, and excellent written and spoken English ~ Experience hiring and ramping salespeople, with honest instincts about who can actually sell ~ Willingness to work substantial US Eastern overlap (evenings IST) and travel to the US [2 to 4 weeks per quarter]

~ Valid US B1/B2 visa ~ Based in, or willing to relocate to, [Mohali / Delhi NCR] An existing network of US buyers, advisors, or channel partners Experience selling AI, data, cloud, or managed services specifically
