Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall growth through excellent communication and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle travel inquiries, curate customized tour packages, and close sales effectively.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless travel experiences.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience or familiarity with CRM tools.
Leadership: Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Kadavanthra, Kochi.
