Sales Executive – EdTech

BrainyBee is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to help us build partnerships with preschools and educational institutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in EdTech, B2B, institutional, or school sales, with strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive school sales and business development against defined targets.
- Identify and connect with school owners, founders, directors, principals, and decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify new school leads through outbound sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to demo, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct online and offline product demos and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school partners.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Convert qualified schools into pilot programs and paid partnerships.




- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth school onboarding.
- Understand school requirements and share market feedback.
- Attend school meetings and field visits when required.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in EdTech, B2B, institutional, or school sales.
- Experience selling to schools or educational institutions preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based goals.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Willingness to travel for school meetings when required.
