Role Overview : We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the interior design/home interiors industry to manage client enquiries and drive sales from initial interaction to final closure.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru .

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage leads and client enquiries from initial contact to final closure.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
- Conduct showroom and client site visits and present suitable interior solutions.
- Explain designs, materials, finishes, hardware, specifications, products, and quotations clearly to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Handle client questions, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups.




- Convert qualified leads into sales and consistently work towards revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Design and Operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM/sales records and track all client interactions and follow-ups.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Requirements :

- 1–2 years of experience in interior design / home interiors sales preferred.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, hardware, products, and home décor .
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Confident in handling objections and closing sales.
- Target-oriented, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Male Candidates preferred .
