We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage and drive student renewals for our online school. The primary responsibility will be to connect with existing parents, understand their requirements, explain renewal options, handle objections, and convert renewal opportunities.

The role will also involve handling parent concerns related to renewals and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth renewal experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with existing parents regarding upcoming student renewals.
- Follow up regularly with parents and maintain the renewal pipeline.
- Explain renewal plans, fees, benefits, and applicable offers.
- Handle parent queries, concerns, and objections related to renewal.
- Convince and assist parents in completing the renewal process.
- Follow up with parents who are undecided or at risk of non-renewal.
- Coordinate with Academic, Accounts, and Operations teams for renewal-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and renewal status.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly renewal targets.




- Build strong relationships with existing parents to support customer retention.

Incentives

Performance-based incentives will be provided for successful renewals, in addition to the fixed salary. Incentives will be linked to defined renewal targets and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Success, or Renewals.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with renewal targets.
- Positive parent/customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, or Online Learning will be an added advantage.
