Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the boutique with a warm and skilled approach.

- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget to recommend suitable products.

- Explain product details, fabrics, designs, pricing, offers, and customization options.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, alterations, and new collections.

- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the boutique is neat and well-presented.

- Support visual merchandising and display of new arrivals and seasonal collections.

- Handle billing, cash/UPI payments, and basic sales documentation as required.

- Maintain customer records and update sales/enquiry details.

- Coordinate with the tailoring, production, inventory, and management teams for customer orders.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.





- Keep updated on current fashion trends, new collections, and competitor offerings.

- Support promotional activities, customer events, and social media-related sales activities when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in boutique, fashion retail, apparel, jewellery, lifestyle, or premium retail sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.

- Presentable, confident, and positive personality.

- Good understanding of fashion, fabrics, colours, and styling would be an advantage.

- Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.60 - ₹12,000.52 per month
