Industry: Stainless Steel Trading and Distribution
Bhandari Stainless is a stainless steel trading and distribution company serving manufacturers, fabricators and industrial customers across different sectors. We have been serving in this industry for over 40+ years.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can take ownership of the complete sales process, from speaking with prospects to quotations, follow-ups, negotiation, closing and repeat business.
Key responsibilities:
- Call and engage new potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products
- Prepare and send quotations
- Follow up consistently on open enquiries
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Convert enquiries into profitable orders
- Maintain all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
- Build relationships and generate repeat business
- Coordinate internally for stock,
processing and delivery
- Engage with suppliers for quotations on bought out items.
What we are looking for:
- Solid spoken Tamil and English
- Good communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow-ups
- Strong ownership and persistence
- Basic commercial and numerical understanding
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to work with CRM and Excel
- Stainless steel or B2B industrial sales experience is preferred (2+ Years)
The right person should be comfortable speaking to customers every day, following up consistently and taking responsibility for converting opportunities into profitable business.
