About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our jewellery store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, features, pricing, and offers.
- Showcase products and help customers select suitable jewellery.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper product information.
- Follow up with customers and generate repeat sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain basic customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Collect customer feedback, reviews, and referrals.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery and willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer/WhatsApp skills.
- Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage.
