​About the Role

​We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Auriga Accounting in Malviya Nagar.

​In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming business inquiries. You will actively engage with inbound leads received via WhatsApp, Email, Website, and Calls, understand their business requirements (Bookkeeping, GST, Income Tax, ROC/MCA compliance, Company Registration, etc.), and guide them toward the right service solutions to close deals.

​Key Responsibilities

​Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly respond to, nurture, and convert inbound leads coming through WhatsApp, email, website queries, and phone calls.

​Consultative Selling: Understand client business needs, explain relevant accounting/compliance packages, prepare service quotations, and overcome client objections.

​Pipeline Management: Track end-to-end client communication, maintain follow-ups, and update lead status systematically.

​Client Onboarding Coordination: Ensure smooth handover of converted clients to the operational and accounting delivery team.





​Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rate benchmarks.

​Qualifications & Experience

​Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales/business development experience, strictly within a CA firm, Accounting firm, or Corporate Compliance/Legal tech platform.

​Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of core services such as GST filing, Bookkeeping/Accounting, Income Tax Returns, MCA/ROC compliances, and Business Incorporation.

​Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi (essential for engaging clients over phone, WhatsApp, and email).

​Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and objection-handling abilities.
