Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Willingness to meet sales targets and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Prior experience in the interior industry will be an added advantage.
