Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell our Aerosol Spray Paints, Industrial Paints, Automotive Sprays, Acrylic Paints, Industrial Chemicals and Agricultural Paints.
- Visit dealers, distributors, industries, workshops and other potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update management regarding market activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years or fresher of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in paint, chemical, automobile, hardware or industrial products.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and presentable.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
