Job Objective

Generate new business opportunities and support sales of Pharma Process Equipment by:

- Developing customer relationships
- Understanding customer requirements
- Generating enquiries

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in Pharma and Process industries.
- Generate leads through calls, customer visits, references, and market research.
- Understand customer process and technical requirements and recommend suitable equipment.
- Conduct customer visits and understand application and equipment requirements.




- Explain equipment features, technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain regular updates on leads and sales activities.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Pharma Equipment, Process Equipment, or Industrial Equipment Sales preferred.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
