Role Description: The Sales Engineer is a full time, hybrid role based in Indore, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting cooling tower solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.

The Sales

Engineer will conduct site visits, coordinate with design and production teams, and support customers through the pre-sales and post-sales phases.



Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing technical clarifications, assisting with tenders and quotations, and following up to close sales opportunities. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business prospects, and offering ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Strong Sales Engineering and technical solutioning skills, with the ability to interpret specifications and recommend suitable cooling tower designs.
- Experience in Sales and business development, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Technical Support capabilities for pre-sales and post-sales engagement.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cooling systems, process industries, or capital equipment sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools to manage documentation, proposals, and pipeline tracking.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required and work collaboratively in a hybrid office/home setting.
