Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Media Sales

Executive will identify and approach prospective advertisers, build strong client relationships, and promote South Matters’ media offerings across digital and other channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering sales pitches, negotiating proposals and closing deals, and managing ongoing campaigns to meet client objectives.



The role also involves coordinating with editorial and marketing teams to develop effective advertising solutions, preparing performance reports, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Solid Media

Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Account

Management experience, including maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Knowledge of digital media, advertising formats, and basic marketing concepts relevant to news and media platforms. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in media, advertising, or news organizations and familiarity with the South Indian market are advantageous.
