Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and other sales channels to generate business opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and counsel them on suitable training programs.
- Explain course benefits, curriculum, and career opportunities to prospective learners.




- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, enrollment goals, and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Who Can Apply?✅ Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome. ✅ Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, educational counselling, telesales, or business development are encouraged to apply.

✅ Must be fluent in at least one South Indian language.

✅ Should have good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Must be target-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to work in a fast-paced workplace.
